Instructions:

Tour manager will need a copy of the order receipt/e-ticket (printed or on a phone). Make sure to show the receipt to the Reaching Out craftshop's instructor on the date of workshop.

Change Request Policy:

We understand that travelling plans are subject to changes that could affect your reservation with us. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reserved class, such as the date or number of participants. To allow Reaching Out time to accommodate change requests and maintain our service quality, any changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Change requests must be made by email to [email protected]. Any additional charges due to changes will be balanced with your final bill at the Reaching Out Arts and Craft-shop. While we cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated, we will do our best. Any refund arising from changes will be processed according to Reaching Out's refund policy.

Cancellation Policy:

We allow cancellation of bookings to be done by email within 12 hours prior to the start of the class, Reaching Out will refund 60% of the pre-paid reservation fee. Any cancellations of a class made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, Reaching Out will refund 40% of your total booking value. The outcome of the cancellation will be sent to you via email. Do read our cancellation policy when booking your tour. If participants who arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time may observe the class but will not be allowed to participate.

Refund Policy:

Refunds arising from any scheduled change or cancellation shall be communicated through email from Reaching Out to the Corporate Partner. The refund will be processed within seven (7) working days from the email date.

NOTES:

The Tour Guide cannot participate as trainee for Lantern Class. We can’t provide the red invoice for any transaction below VND 2.000.000.
